Boys Will Be Boys

but for these pics a few words of explanation might be in order...

Before you call animal cruelty, let me just say, IT WASN'T MY FAULT!

Everyone knows that I have 5 brothers, how lucky am I, all these great roll models for my boys...

Well, Uncle Quinten graciously volunteered to watch Marshall so that I could take Durham to his kindergarten orientation by himself (the girls were with a friend).
I happily accepted and was in the middle of "meet the teacher" when these two pics pop up from Quinten on my phone--my gasp was so loud, the teacher stopped talking to look at what I was doing! :(

Thanks Uncle Quinten for showing my boys how to be boys!

Camden Julia

Camden or Cami as we like call her (she is a lady of many nicknames--Cami, Camers, Camer-slammer, Cam-a-lama, slammer-jammer. . .) will be 5 years old in October. She is very disappointed that she misses the kindergarten cut-off (Sept. 1st) and has to wait another whole year before she can go to"big girl school", but she started preschool 3 days a week (MWF) at Little Lambs, and loves it!!! She too started gymnastics this years, it was very hard for her to decide between gymnastics and dance, but she chose to try something different. She is a fabulous little ballerina, but we're sure she'll love this too. She is really growing up and is no longer Mommy's baby girl. It's amazing how quickly time goes by.

Durham Edward

Durham our big boy is 3 years old and growing FAST! He is ALL BOY, I'd always heard people use that saying, but now I know what it means!!!! He loves climbing, throwing, banging, tackling, loud noise making, and over all sister pestering. However, he does it all with great style and super-cuteness that is impossible to resist (especially for Mom). He learned hoe to use the potty this summer, so is officially a BIG boy! He really likes being a big brother, and is doing his best to teach Marshall the "art" mischief making and trouble dodging, but he really is a sweet and cuddly boy, quick to give hugs, kisses, and the crowd favorite "I wuv oo"--who could ask for more?
